Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the in-app purchase offered in HTG Game Turbo (package com.htg.gamezone), operated by Krishnakanta Sharma, trading as Hi Tech Gamerz.

All purchases in HTG Game Turbo are one-time digital purchases processed by Google Play Billing. Payments, receipts, and refunds are managed through your Google account.

1. What is sold

The App offers a single optional in-app product, HTG Pro — a one-time digital upgrade that removes advertisements and unlocks additional features. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

2. How to request a refund

Because purchases are processed by Google Play, refund requests are handled through Google:

Google Play offers a self-service refund option within 48 hours of purchase, directly from your Google Play order history.
You may also request a refund at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
For requests after 48 hours, or for any purchase issue, contact us at the email below and we will review your request and assist with the Google Play refund process.

3. Digital goods

HTG Pro is a digital product that unlocks access immediately upon purchase. Refunds are provided in line with Google Play's policies and applicable consumer law. If a purchase was made in error or you experienced a technical problem, contact us and we will help.

4. Cancellation

HTG Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring billing to stop.
