Welcome to HTG Game Turbo ("the App"), an Android application developed by Hi Tech Gamerz (Krishna Kanta Sharma) ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
HTG Game Turbo is a utility application that provides the following features:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal Android device for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

When Shizuku is not active, these features are visibly disabled in the UI with a clear explanation. You are responsible for setting up Shizuku correctly. All tweaks applied via Shizuku are fully reversible using the "Reset All" button or relevant reset options. We are not responsible for issues caused by Shizuku itself or by misuse of advanced features.
The Game Toolbox is an optional floating overlay requiring the "Display over other apps" permission, which you must grant voluntarily. The overlay runs as a foreground service and shows a persistent notification as required by Android.
These require separate permissions (DND access and Modify System Settings respectively). If these permissions are not granted, the corresponding toggles are visibly disabled with instructions on how to grant them. They will never silently fail.
When Shizuku is active, this button uses Android's pm trim-caches command — the same API used by Android's own Settings app — to clear cached data for all apps. This removes only temporary cache files. No user data, app data, accounts, or settings are modified. When Shizuku is not active, this button is disabled.
When Shizuku is active, this allows you to change your device's Private DNS setting to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8), or Auto (system default) for faster DNS resolution. This affects DNS resolution for all apps on the device, not just games. When Shizuku is not active, this button is disabled. You can revert to Auto (default) at any time.
The Module Flasher executes .turbox module files selected by you. All commands within modules are validated and sanitized before execution — dangerous operations (root commands, file deletion, reboots, etc.) are blocked at parse time. Modules can apply a wide range of performance, display, animation, and connectivity tweaks via standard Android settings — however, settings related to ADB/developer options, sideloading, device provisioning, location services, airplane mode, lock screen security, and accessibility service grants cannot be modified by any module, regardless of source. Modules from third parties are the responsibility of their authors. Only use modules from trusted sources (official HTG channels). The "Reset All" option can undo any module's changes.
File deletion performed through the Storage Analyzer is permanent and cannot be undone by the App. All deletion requires your explicit confirmation via the system dialog. Duplicate detection uses file size and MIME type matching — verify files before deleting. The Developer is not responsible for accidental file deletion.
The App includes an "Engagement Points" system. Points are purely cosmetic and:
The App is free to download and use. It offers one optional in-app purchase, HTG Pro, a one-time digital upgrade that removes all advertisements and unlocks additional features. HTG Pro is not a subscription — it is a single, permanent purchase.
All purchases are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card, bank, or UPI details. Pricing is displayed by Google Play and may vary by country. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Google Play's policies.
The App displays ads via Google AdMob. A consent dialog is shown on first launch — your choice determines whether you receive personalized or non-personalized ads. The App uses the following ad formats:
You agree not to click ads artificially or use tools to generate fraudulent ad impressions. You can reset or disable your Advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
The App may link to third-party websites and uses the following third-party services:
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any external services.
We may update the App periodically to add features, fix bugs, or comply with policy requirements. Updates may be delivered automatically via Google Play. We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY SPECIFIC TWEAK WILL PRODUCE A SPECIFIC RESULT, OR THAT THE APP IS COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY ANDROID DEVICE OR VERSION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO UNINSTALL THE APP. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (which, being free, is zero).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hi Tech Gamerz, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App (including removing it from Google Play) at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Assam, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via in-App notice or Google Play update description.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hi Tech Gamerz regarding the App. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
